Transfer Print

A transfer is a piece of specially treated paper onto which we screen print the design in a mirrored image. The transfer is placed on the item and heated under pressure. When the paper is removed, it leaves the print in the correct orientation on the item, completing the process. The transfer is applied to the fabric and held in place by an adhesive layer, which is added to the transfer after printing and melted into the fabric. We always use transfers on caps, but whether we use transfers on other products depends on the number of colors in the design, the quantity of prints, the nature of the item, its color, the placement of the print, and more.

For transfer production, we have three production lines. For transfer application, we have five heat presses with double plates, one heat press with a single plate, and three heat presses for caps.

The decision on whether a print should be made as a direct print or a transfer is individual and difficult to generalize.
